Subscribers will receive a reminder email on delivery day. You are responsible for providing a water source in a shaded spot for your delivery. Once flowers have been picked up or delivered, we are no longer responsible for damages incurred from mishandling, weather, etc. If a subscriber wishes to have bouquets delivered to a place of business, the subscriber is responsible for ensuring the bouquet can be received.
